Durante la notte deve avere piovuto forte. Va senza dire che io non ho sentito niente. Ma oltre ai pozzanghere su la strada c’era dei punti su quella nuova dove  il terreno che stanno mettendo nei spartitraffico a modo di aiuola era venuto fuori ed invaso la strada, ma non poco, c’erano uomini con la pala a spostare il fango altrimenti sarebbe stato pericoloso per le macchina che sfrecciano ad alto velocità su questo pezzo. Ma a Domnak Chambok non aveva piovuto per niente. / During the night it must have rained heavily. No need to say I didn’t hear a sound. Seguire I bambini piccoli mi diventa sempre più difficile. Forse perché si abituano a me e allora sono sempre più disobbedienti e chiassosi. Anche se oggi erano solo in 16.  Ma dopo un ¼ d’ora passato a dire I colori ed alcune parole facile con I flash cards li ho fatto alzare in piede per imparare “testa, spalle, ginocchia e piedi”capisco che per vuoi lettori e noioso sempre sentire di questa canzone ma ai bambini piace tantissimo. Prima, piano,  piano ho insegnato le parole delle parte del corpo. Poi abbiamo passato alla canzone proprio. Imparano come spugne ma vederli che cercavano di guardare me e nel contempo fare I movimenti era molto divertente. L’abbiamo ripetuto finché non ne potevo più. Per fortuna avevo un altro diversivo. I vestiti. Oggi ho portato solo quelli per I più piccoli. Sono stati bravissimi. Kimheap e Kimlaan li hanno messo in due file, maschi e femmine poi una alla volta sono venuti avanti ed ho scelto I vestiti, piegati ed offerte. E la prima volta che ricevano I vestiti e mi guardavano con occhi grandi, mentre li insegnanti chiamavano di dirmi “okun”, che arrivava puntuale timidamente. Dopo, guardando le foto foto mi sono accorta di tanti cos’è carine, come i loro sguardi di meraviglia e poi di eccitazione ed  il bambino che stava già cercando di infilarsi I pantaloni “nuovi”. / For me, following the small children is becoming ever more difficult. It could be that they are getting used to me so are more disobedient and rowdy. Even though today there are only 16 of them. After ¼ of an hours passing  colours and simple words with flash cards I got them to stand up to teach them “head, shoulders, knees and toes”.  Now I understand that it is boring for you readers always hearing about this song but the children love it. Slowly slowly I taught them the names of the parts of the body. We then carried on with the song itself. They learn like sponges but it is so funny to watch them sing while at the same time they tried to watch me and copy the movements. We repeated it until I could take no more. Fortunately I had another distraction, the clothes. Today I have only bought those for the very small children. They behaved very well. Kimheap and Kimlaan got them into two lines, male and female and one at a time they came forward and I choose  something for them, folded it and offered it to them. It’s the first time they have received clothes and their eyes were big, while the teachers prompted them to say “okun” to me which they timidly did. Later, looking at the photos I noticed a lot of cute things: such as their expressions of wonder, followed by excitement and one little boy who was already trying to put his “new” trousers on.

Studenti insegnanti sempre in miglioramento. Anche se mentre spiego mi guardano mistificati quando devono fare gli esercizi ci sono pochi errori. Oggi “going to” decisioni e previsioni. / Teacher students getting better and better. Even though while I am explaining the faces looking at me are mystified when they do the exercises there are few mistakes. Today “going to”decisions and previsions ”.

Non c’è molto da dire del pomeriggio. I cartoni piaciamo così tanto che I ragazzi non vorrebbero smettere alla fine della lezione. Ora siamo arrivati a cose per loro sono facile: contare, quanti anni hai, colori. Così riesco passare tre o quattro lezioni in un ora e mezza. Meglio,  ci sono 38 da fare e diventano sempre più difficile. Spero solo di riuscire a finirle mentre sono qui. / There is not much to say about the afternoon. The children like the cartoons so much they don’t want to stop at the end of the lesson. We have now got up to things that are easy for them: counting, how old are you, colours. So I am able to go through three or four lessons in an hour and a half. Better that way because there are 38 to do and they get harder. I just hope I can finish them all while I am here.
