Oggi giornata libera, ma non vorrei farvi sentire la mancanza del mio diario, così ho fotografato i mango che crescano davanti al balcone della mia camera, deo noci di cocco che sono fuori dalla finestra dietro il mio letto ed il giardino del Spring Valley Resort. Sono andata a fare una passeggiata in piazza, piano, piano, fa un caldo tremendo. Potevo mangiare al ristorante Italiano, pasta o pizza, ma come dici una mia amica “e contro la mia religione mangiare Italiano quando sono al estero”. C’è la scelta dei bistro francese, una volta era una colonia francese. Ma volevo mangiare leggero, sono andata nella panetteria francese dove pane e croissant sono veramente buone. Prosciutto, formaggio, prosciutto e formaggio, prosciutto e formaggio con pomodori. Ma no, un bel panino col pollo al curry e pepe verde di Kampot. Altro che mangiare leggero, era un paninone  è veramente ottimo. Tre piccoli croissant rotoli con uvetta da portare in camera per la cena e oggi sono apposto.

Today free day, but I don’t want you to miss my journal, so I have taken photos of the mango tree that grows in front of the balcony of my room, of the coconuts that are outside my window behind my bed and the garden of Spring Valley Resort.
I went for a walk into the square near the beach, slowly, slowly because it is very hot. I could have eaten in an Italian restaurant, pasta or pizza but as a friend of mine says “it’s against my religion to eat Italian food when I’m abroad”. There is a choice of French bistros, it was once a French colony. But I just wanted a snack, I went to the French bread shop where the bread and croissant are really good. Ham, ham and cheese, ham and cheese with tomatoes. But no, a nice sandwich of curried chicken with green Kampot pepper. This was no snack, it was an enormous sandwich and really good. Three little currant croissant to take back to the hotel for supper tonight and I’m set up for the day.
