Oggi avevo pensavo di non scrivere il mio giornale poi ho pensato”ma si, facciamo vedere qualcosa d’altro, non solo il centro” così vi mando alcuni foto fatto durante un passeggiata mattutina, soleggiata ma con una brezza fresca. Il crab market (mercato dei granchi) particolarmente affollato oggi visto che siamo in pieno Capodanno Cinese. In mezzo tutto quel caos, dove sono quasi l’unica europea mi sento chiamare per nome”Jane” mi giro. E Sokkea una delle nostre ragazze. E lì per aiutare la mamma o la zia, non lo so, con una bancarella di giocattoli, collane e braccialetti. È proprio stata lei a regalarmi un braccialetto e anche un gelato. È raggiante, quasi forse un onore vedere il suo teacher in quel posto. Le faccio una foto poi ciao a Lunedì.

Today I had decided not to write this journal, then I thought”why not, let’s show something other than the center” so here are some photos I took on an early morning walk on a sunny day with a nice fresh breeze.
The crab market, which was my destination, was particularly crowded today as we are at the beginning of the Chinese New Year. Yet in the middle of all that chaos, where I was just about the only European, I heard my name called out “Jane” and I turn round. It’s Sokkea one of the girls from the center. She was helping her mother, or her aunt, I don’t know on a stall selling toys, necklaces and bracelets. In fact it was her who had given me a bracelet and an ice cream one day. She is radiant, almost as if it is an honour to see her teacher in that place. I take her photo and bye until Monday.
